Water Conservation Incentives City of San Marcos Texas
The City of San Marcos provides rebates to those customers who purchase and install qualifying water conserving items listed below.
- Rain Barrel Rebate Program To encourage rainwater harvesting, the City of San Marcos is offering a rebate of up to $50 for purchase of rain barrels.
- Wash-Smart Rebate Program Purchase a new qualifying water-efficient clothes washer and the City will give you a rebate of $50 – $100.
- Flush-Smart Rebate Program Replace your old high-volume toilet with a new high-efficiency model and the City will give you a rebate of up to $100. Replace your standard low-flow toilet with a high-efficiency model and the City will give you a rebate of $25.
- Multi-Family Toilet Rebate Program Only EPA WaterSense labeled toilets qualify for a rebate. Visit the EPA WaterSense website for a current list of qualifying models. The City will give yo up to $100.00 for each high-flow toilet that is replaced with a qualifying model.
