August 14, 2010 To : Supervisor or director Reference : Plumber, Jerry (Gerald) Jerry and his crew were in plumbing service at my home on Aug. 12 and 13. Please be advised Jerry's work was exemplary. He kept us informed as he proceeded and explained everything. He and his crew were especially considerate of our home and property as they worked, even to the extent of concern for the grass that had to be removed.
