I deffinately agree with your comments on Irrigation System Inspections. For some reason, it seems that homeowners tend to forget that just about everything in life has to have at least minor maintenance to keep it functioning properly. Sprinkler heads will need to be adjusted from year to year to insure that they are spraying where they are supposed to be. Controllers need to be adjusted to take into account changes in landscaping and weather conditions. Also, something that is often overlooked when an irrigation system is installed is the addition of a rain sensor to turn the system off during wet weather. There is no bigger waste of water than to see an irrigation system operating during a heavy downpour.
