I just want to thank you for sending James to us. He has been to our house several times and my husband (Nigel) and I have complete confidence in him. We live in a 100 year old home here in Elgin and, as you can imagine, there are things that periodically go wrong with our plumbing. James is a true professional who works tirelessly and intelligently to repair whatever is giving us problems.
