    Dear Mr. Cross,
You have an excellent employee!!! His name is Eugene. Below is a detailed account of how hard Eugene worked, Eugene never stopped until the job was completed and our line was running freely.
    Here is our story.
We received a call tonight on Feb. 5, 2013 to see how Eugene did on his work on our kitchen sink line (in Fort Worth) to unclog it (the line also connects with the dishwasher and our washing machine which we were unable to use any of this until Eugene got here and worked so diligently to clean out and clear the line).
AAA-AUGER in Fort Worth: Mr. David Cross you have a top notch employee named Eugene that you can be very proud of. Eugene did a fantastic job on our kitchen sink line. We can keep going on and on about how your employee, Eugene worked so diligently on our clogged line until he got it fixed and our water running properly.
Eugene is professional and knows exactly what he is doing, he should get a raise and huge bonus – this gentleman worked hard and just kept going until everything ran perfectly – he never stopped.
Eugene worked so hard when others would have given up because our line was so extremely blocked.
Eugene went above and beyond with his diligent work.
Eugene fixed our clogged sink which afterward, the water is running freely again, we can now use our kitchen sink, the dishwasher and the washing machine (all on the same line)!!! My husband and I both (and some of our family that happened to be here all saw how hard Eugene worked) we have everything great to say about your wonderful employee; Eugene!
We sincerely hope and pray that Eugene gets a raise and bonus – you have a dedicated and professional employee Mr. Cross that knows his work. Eugene at AAA-AUGER is terrific!!!
Mr. David Cross, we hope you talk with Eugene about this letter, please let him read it with you. Eugene definitely deserves a raise and bonus. Eugene is dedicated to his work.
    God bless you Eugene!!!

Needed leaking water heater replaced. Response time good but 2 city inspections later, not fixed. 3rd time plumber out today. Another inspection scheduled Monday after additional ~$500.00 over cost of initial water heater replacement. Not only a cosmetic mess, but now shower closest to that water heater has no pressure. Plumber says its because of galvanized pipes but shower was perfectly find before this ‘water heater’ fiasco. Called company & another plumber to come out tomorrow. Family is arriving. I feel exploited and that plumber does not know what he is doing…scary. Fort Worth Texas

A couple of weeks back, I could hear running water in my home, it was over a weekend. I looked every where and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from, finally I traced it to the top of the water heater, the hot water pipe was rattling and was really hot. So I callled servicing for the water heater, they told me to call a plumber. It turns out that we had a slab leak – I was hearing the running water through the water heater’s piping. I didn’t know who to call on a weekend, so I got the yellow pages out and just starting calling. I had other companies answering my call on a cell phone that dropped the call and I had to repeat myself when they called back, I tried a second company and I was transferred in to a voice mail, I called a third and was told that I needed to wait and call back Monday that weekends were extra (here I am with running water in my house under the slab!). On the 4th attempt at the yellow pages, I got the right company, Karla at AAA Auger in the DFW area listened to my distressed story and she assured me that everything would be fine and that they would be right out for no extra charges. They were at the house with in an hour, Jack was very professional and made me feel at ease that they would resolve the matter, and they did! Thanks for everything! -Arlington, TX

We live in Grapevine and when our main sewer pipe broke on New Years Eve. Your guys were the first ones there. They stayed until they had a confirmation that the pipe was severed and would have come back with a scope at midnight had I wanted. Instead we wrapped it up and they were back out the next morning and worked all new years day no complaints and no wasting time. We were Very impressed.I just referred you to some friends who have no water and broken pipes They were on a 24 hr waiting list elsewhere called you and your guys are on the way…Thank you AAA Auger

    Hello,

I am terribly sorry to follow upon your post in such an untimely manner. Currently, we are not registered in WISE County to provide plumbing services. We look to servicing the area in the near future.

Regarding your problem, it is possible the sewer line was installed without a clean-out. Typically, the clean-outs should exist within three feet of the dwelling. However, codes didn’t properly address this until the late 1970′s.

To address your other inquiry regarding access through the toilet, the answer is “maybe”. Specifically, it depends where the blockage exists in relation to the toilet’s location. You certainly are on the right track pursuing the installation of clean-outs.

    Thank you for your inquiry.

Do you service Wise County (Runaway Bay/Bridgeport)? Bathrooms backed up in older home (1961). Cannot find cleanout drain; we think it’s buried. We’ve been told that you can pull up the toilet in the master bathroom and clean out the line through there. We’re interested in locating the cleanout or creating a new one, cleaning out the drain, and possibly replacing our water heater. Thanks.
