We dispatch our Austin plumbers free of charge so that we can see the problem. Once we determine the best approach, or explore different repair options, we will present precise upfront charges for our service. Upon authorization, we can usually start immediately or upon your request. Again, there is no charge for sending our plumber nor is there any obligation to authorize our services.

For Austin: One of AAA Auger’s plumbers, Clayton (#67), just came out to our home today to change some leaky yard faucets.
He was extremely courteous and helpful, and, after I showed him all our yard faucets and decided that we should only change 3 of them, to be economical, he ended up changing 2 extra ones, at no cost to us. Our total bill came up to $237.50, and he even gave us a coupon, in the form of a fridge magnet.
We’ve lived in Austin for 17 years, and have never experienced anything like this. This level of service is extraordinary, and speaks very highly of the company you run. This young man (and he’s a very young man) took initiative, was extra helpful, offered to not to mess up our floor as he walked in, and took time to be attentive to our needs. His kindness and professionalism are remarkable, and reflect well of him, and of your company. Yours must be a company in which having initiative, courtesy, and excellent human relations are valued as much as professionalism and expertise. Needless to say, we are very happy, and also happy to see that someone so young can serve his company so well.
The people who answer the phone also have exquisite manners—a rare thing these days, especially in the service industry (ironically).
This is not our first experience with AAA Auger (when I called, our address was already in your computer—my husband must have asked for a service call at some point). Needless to say, AAA Auger will be our plumbing company of choice from here on, and we will ask for Clayton.

I would like to say thank you to Darrell for the excellent job he did at my home on yesterday. His kind demeanor and professionalism was outstanding and I appreciate how he kept me informed throughout the entire process from start to finish. Prior to his visit there were two other plumbers who came to my home to provide me with an estimate, and he was the only one who walked me through step by step what needed to be done in a manner that was easy to understand. Great job, Darrell and I won’t hesitate to contact AAA Auger for my future plumbing needs!

I called AAA Auger at about 8:45 a.m. Darrell arrived about 20 minutes later. I was babysitting my 11-month-old niece, who was home sick, and had my 5-year-old with me. Darrell was professional and friendly and even allowed the 5-y-o to watch him work for a few minutes, until the 5-y-o got bored. After checking the system, he told me the problem, gave me a quote and included a small discount. I was rocking my niece to sleep when Darrell finished the job. He was so quiet as he walked into the room and told me about the job he had done and when he brought the final paperwork that my niece didn’t even wake up. The total time from my call to AAA Auger to completion of the job was 1.5 hours and Darrell did a great job.

Would like to say thank you to Daniel for doing such and excellant job on (04.23.11). He installed a new garbage disposal, cleaned and replaced pipes. AAA AUGER, service providers are very polite, clean workplace when job completed. Also, would like to mention fair pricing or AAA AUGER will work with you too work it out. Thank you again for excellant service….even on the week-end.

Calling a plumber can get real scary. You never know what you’re getting into. So, I gave AAA Auger a call. No charge just to come out (what a great surprise that was). Brandon did a TERRIFIC job. He was most courteous and efficient. And the price? LESS than I would have expected. I will recommend AAA Auger to all my friends (already have to the neighbor next door). Oh, almost forgot; Brandon was hear in less than 45 minutes after I called them. Now THAT’S service.

We had a problem with our drains and called and had a plumber here within 30 minutes. It is one of the coldest days in Austin and Jason T. Henderson was great. He gave us the price up front talked with my husband on the phone to let him know what he did and what might need to be done. Put booties on so he wouldn’t track mud through the house and was extremely polite and professional. Next problem we have we will ask for him by name.

I live in Cedar Park. We had a clogged toilet, and AAA Auger sent Jerry and James out within the hour. They were very courteous, polite, and knowledgeable, and were done in a reasonable amount of time. The total was very reasonable—-it was also significantly lower than 5 other plumbing services I called earlier in the day. These guys were fantastic, and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to my friends. Thank you so much!

After having another plumbing company came out three times without being able to fix my clogged sink, I contacted AAA Auger.
Neal got to our home soon after we called and was quick to identify the problem and get the necessary equipment.
AAA Auger had the right equipment and “know how” that the other plumbing company didn’t have to take care of our problem.
The service was professional, thorough, and informative.

Curtis arrived soon after we contacted the company. He was polite and replaced some rubber tubing in our toilet box. I will call for Curtis the next time I have a problem.
