Cyndi J

I recently hired AAA Auger to install two new hot water heaters at a home that we purchased. Since the current heaters still worked, I was not in a rush but little did I know I was unable to get my final funding without replacement. I contacted David mid morning on a Thursday, he has a tech out to my house that afternoon and the heaters replaced by Friday. That all sounds pretty routine but it wasn't. First, his tech, Bill, was due to be off on that Friday but was willing to work to get this time sensitive job done. Next, they ran into code, space and licensing issues. During all this process, David was constantly in touch with me to keep me informed and set expectations. After all that, they were creative and able to cut corners on labor therefore didn't charge as much as originally quoted. UNBELIEVABLE! David and his entire crew, from Bill to his follow up staff, were all great to work with. I will most definetly call AAA when I need a plumber
