David, I just wanted to let you know that AAA-Auger came out this morning and replaced my water heater with a new one. I had already determined that this is what I needed to do after you took all the time to send me such good information. The plumber that came out was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, honest and down right nice. I almost didn't even care what he was going to charge because I was so comfortable with what he told me. He even offered suggestions for me if I choose not to replace the water heater today.
