Great Service in Ft Worth!

I would like to thank AAA Auger for their kind customer service and promptness in response to my plumbing problem I’ve been having. The service tech. Carlos, that was dispatched on my order ticket was the most well mannered, respectful and nicest person. His knowledge of his work was most impressive and gave me a lesson in how to maintain my drains and what to use and not use to keep them flowing and clean. I couldn’t have asked for a better person that represents your company and that actually cares about the customer and reputation of the company he works for. Thank you again for your prompt (REALLY, REALLY FAST SERVICE). I’m a repeat customer and will recommend your company to all.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Kelly Smith

Grateful AAA AUGER Customer in Austin!

Dear Mr. Hall, This past week your staff have worked on my house, one fixing a water leak in my front yard and the other person expediting the paperwork and process in the office. The project is not yet done, but I want to let you know right now how much I appreciate their efforts. Mike Krischke answered all my questions about the leak, the materials, the process for fixing the leak, and his estimate. He was knowledgeable about the job to be done, which certainly increased my comfort level. He was courteous, friendly and easy to talk to. I count on AAA Auger to provide expert services and staff, and Mike certainly is an expert. At 7:30 am this morning I was informed by your staff that I had two expired permits that had the potential to hold up finishing the current project. Shae McKean took the initiative to look into this problem some more, and then called me back to explain what was going on. She noticed that I had passed inspection on the older expired permit and volunteered to inform the City to that effect, which should take care of it. The 2nd expired permit was for work that AAA had done on my water heater a couple of years ago, so she made an appointment for one of your other plumbers to come inspect the water heater this very morning (I expect him any moment). This should take care of the 2nd potential problem. Shae took the time to answer my questions and explain what needs to happen, also in a friendly and courteous manner, which I really appreciate. By expediting the process on these 2 expired permits, I hopefully won’t have to deal with the City of Austin’s building inspection division which everyone in Austin knows is a nightmare. So my very grateful thanks to Shae who took the initiative to help me out! Sincerely, Pam Lynn Austin, Texas
