Hi, I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the auger service that was performed at my house this morning. When I tried to flush the toilet this morning, it backed up and would not go down, not even a little.
I called your company at 9:08 am and requested service as soon as possible. At approximately 9:30 am, the technician (Carlos) arrived and, through my description of the problems we have had (including bubbling toilets while showering), he diagnosed the problem and got to work. While it seems this was a simple clog (no roots in the line), he was still finished very quickly. All of the work was completed at 10:10 am. It only took One Hour and Two Minutes from the time I called the dispatch until the work was completed! Carlos was very friendly, very fast, and very professional. I don’t think I’ve ever written a letter like this to a company before, but I am so impressed by the promptness and ease of service that I felt I just had to!
