The service tech. Carlos, that was dispatched on my order ticket was the most well mannered, respectful and nicest person. His knowledge of his work was most impressive and gave me a lesson in how to maintain my drains and what to use and not use to keep them flowing and clean. I couldn't have asked for a better person that respresents your company and that actually cares about the customer and reputation of the company he works for.
